In this livestream, I’m joined by neuroscientist Dr. Nii Addy to discuss the intersection between Christianity and mental health issues.
Dr. Nii Addy is the Albert E. Kent Professor of Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine,
where he directs a research lab investigating the neurobiological bases of substance use
disorders, depression and anxiety. Dr. Addy also contributes to graduate student and postdoctoral
training, faculty development and diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives on
campus and in professional scientific societies. In addition, he hosts the Addy Hour podcast,
discussing topics at the intersection of neuroscience, mental health, faith, culture and social
justice.
