“I’m the happiest I’ve ever been and the healthiest I’ve ever been. … Two years after starting CrossFit, everything got better.”
Former U.S. Olympic Trials swimmer Dana Hazard took a boot camp class after learning she had high cholesterol and was overweight, but was unsatisfied with her performance.
“How am I coming from being an athlete my whole life to not being able to exercise at all?” Hazard said.
Determined to improve her health, Hazard sought nutritional help at CrossFit King of Prussia, and after taking a look around, she decided to start CrossFit.
Hazard not only improved her health markers but also found a place where she could express her competitive edge, make long-lasting bonds, and be a part of a supportive, encouraging community.
