Dry nuts health powder for adults and kids



Hi all… namaste..
My name is Lakshmi and welcome to
Luckys beauty and Creations
Nuts are very good for health.. specially for growing kids..
All these ingredients are available in any Indian glossary store or super market..

In this mix you can add walnut s also…
Measurements:
Almond(baadaam)-250gm
Cashews(kaju)-250gm
Pista- 150gm
Ground nut/peanut(mungfali)-100gm roasted
Pumpkin seeds-100gm.
Watermelon seed’s-100gm
Cucumber seeds-100gm
Poppy seeds(khuskhus)-50gm
Flax seeds (alasi seed’s)-50gm
Sesame seeds(til)-50 gm

Also you can add
Walnut and musk melon seeds
All these ingredients you can dry roast…..if you want to keep for lon time in air tight container…

This mix is how I make for my family… my grandparents prepares for us…
