According to court documents that were recently leaked, it’s taking around $30,000 a month to keep Frank Fritz alive. If this figure doesn’t seem like all that much from a celebrity standpoint, it becomes more disconcerting once you consider the fact that Frank doesn’t have the income of an ordinary celebrity. Since being fired from American Pickers in 2020 after costarring on the show for around two decades, Frank has been living off of a dwindling annual income that comes entirely from small investments. His annual income is $60,000, while his annual expenses are around $270,000.
One might imagine that Frank was at risk of suffering from another stroke once he heard the news of his financial situation. However, the reality television star isn’t currently coherent enough to worry about his finances. Because of this, Frank now has a conservator. Shortly after the stroke, one of the former American Picker costar’s longtime friends filed for conservatorship over Frank and was awarded it. This man is now Frank’s guardian, and he has been helping him take care of himself since July of 2022.
