For the last 12 months I have been really struggling with my health and suffering from countless infections, it has had a huge impact on my training and ability to do things as normal. I really tried to carry on, producing great content that helped you on your fitness journeys, but recently it’s become more and more challenging, so I felt it was only right to be completely transparent with you about what’s been going on.
