🙅♀️ Aspartame is constantly peddled as being harmful to your health – but this just isn’t true.
📚 Numerous studies have shown that consumption of aspartame in the quantities used in diet sodas is completely fine for human consumption.

Don’t get me wrong, water is always the best option, but having a diet fizzy drink every so often isn’t going to harm you.

😤 This guy blames Aspartame, a low-calorie sweetener (LCS) used in Diet Coke, for it being supposedly unsafe – but there’s no research to show it has any serious adverse effects.

😔 Aspartame can impact your mood though. So if you’re prone to low moods, it’s best to keep consumption to a minimum.
