KCCA calls on government to upgrade health facilities
Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago wants the ministry of health to elevate all health centre IIIs within Kampala to Health Centre IVs.According to Lukwago, the city is developing at a fast pace and requires all of its health centers to provide the most advanced health care possible.
