Confidence is sometimes the first thing to be impacted as we age. As we get older we often find ourselves dealing with physical changes that prevent us from doing the things we love. A loss of physical abilities leads to difficulty leaving home, participating in much-loved activities, and creating a dependency on others for survival. This can lead to feelings of isolation, depression, and loneliness which further perpetuates the cycle of decline.
In this video we talk about the ways to anticipate changes and adjust our lifestyle accordingly. By establishing a way of monitoring changes in the body we can build confidence as we age.
