This video is by far the most vulnerable video I’ve ever made, but Mental Health Awareness is a cause very dear to my heart. I was so inspired by the new Selena Gomez “My Mind and Me” Documentary. It inspired me to share my own story of dealing with lifelong depression, and how I’ve managed it in constant pursuit of better mental health.
