Ontario Premier Doug Ford on Brant health-care investments, lifting of mask mandates – March 9, 2022

In Brantford, Ontario Premier Doug Ford announces his government is investing $2.5 million to support the redevelopment of the Brantford General Hospital and the Willett Hospital. He responds to questions from reporters about his government’s decision to lift COVID-19 masking requirements in most settings on March 21. Joining the premier are Will Bouma (the MPP for Brantford-Brant), as well as Brant Community Healthcare System representatives Dr. David McNeil (president and CEO) and Paul Emerson (chair of the board of directors).
