RECIPES

Smoothie
– Handful fresh spinach
– 1 frozen banana
– 1 scoop protein powder / https://amzn.to/335NOII
– 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
– 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
– 1 tbsp peanut (or almond) butter
– Dash of vanilla / cinnamon
– Approx 1.5 cups oat milk

Superfood oats (does not have to be exact / tailor to your preferences)

– 1/3 cup oats
– 2 tbsp chia seed
– 1 tbsp ground flax
– 1/2 diced apple / 1 mashed banana / berries of choice
– Handful raisins
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– Dash of cardamom
– 1.5 cups of water
– I sometimes also add a scoop of collagen or protein powder
– Top with walnuts, berries, almond butter

Wraps
– Whole wheat wrap
– Avocado
– Lettuce
– Shredded chicken
– Sauce of choice (I did Cajun Island)

Mexican Chopped Salad with Creamy Taco Dressing

Moon Milk
– 1.5 cups oat milk (or milk of choice)
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp cardamom
– 1/8 tsp vanilla
– 1/2 tsp raw honey (or to taste)
