I love making these food videos and showing you what kind of meals I’m making these days. During the fall I tend to prepare a lot of filling bowls. With some protein, healthy fats, and carbs. And it’s also the only time of the year I tend to drink soup lol!
Coffee and ginger tea remains my favorite drinks to start off my day, but let me know what your favorite fall dishes are and are you cooking at home, or do you order in/ go out to eat?
Don’t be bothered by the amount of kale I use in my salads or brussels sprouts. i love these two ingredients a lot but I just noticed how often I use them in my meals.
