Yes, oats may be slightly higher in fibre, but there’s no particular food that will make you lose fat. You should just be aiming for a higher fibre diet in general, which can be sourced from a variety of different foods. β

2οΈβ£ Tip 2 – FUPA Exercises β

You can’t spot reduce fat or lose weight from a specific area of the body. In order to reduce your FUPA you would need to lose weight overall, and this requires adhering to a consistent calorie deficit. β

3οΈβ£ Tip 3 – Drink water β

I’ll always encourage you to drink water as it’s essential as part of our daily bodily functioning. But drinking water alone isn’t going to magically make your FUPA disappear. β

π I’m not discrediting all the advice from this video, but it’s important to take away that these suggestions will not help you reduce your FUPA.β
