Yoga for Health | 30 minutes Daily Yoga Routine for Holistic Health (Follow Along)



As the world grapples with Covid19 pandemic, it is very important that we do our best to stay fit both physically and mentally. In today’s practice, we will go through some of the most beneficials yoga asanas that help in strengthening the core muscle groups as well as massaging vital organs for long term health. We will end with a short pranayama practice.
You should do this practice everyday and you can also add it to your current workout routine.
